How hard do you laugh when your friend's phone rings, they pick up and within seconds you know it's his mother wanting help with a task on the computer? It's just comical, for someone that can manage thousands of systems and users including providing support you'd think they'd be able to explain how to open a web page in a new tab and why you'd want to. It just get's ugly and you laugh more... then it happens to you!

Payback is a bitch, but here's a trick to keep up your sleeve for just such an incident. Teach Parents Tech offers video how to's specifically designed for parents. They are quick, easy to follow and cover a variety of tasks in five categories including The Basics, World Wide Web, Communication, Media and Finding Information.

The icing on the cake is the method for getting the videos to the user in need. Sending an email with links to one or more tutorials and a message that is almost personalized requires clicking 5 checkboxes, entering the email address to receive the tutorial and done.
